Sportolóink ma igazi HŐSÖK voltak!

A zord időjárás sem állíthatta meg őket – ott voltunk Szentendrén a Jótékonysági Nyuszifutáson!

Hideg, szél , eső… semmi nem számított, mert a szívük együtt dobbant.

Volt köztünk rutinos futó, gyorsgyalogló, és olyan is, aki sétálva teljesítette a távot – de a cél mindenkinél ugyanaz volt:

végigcsinálni. Mert mi nem adjuk fel!

Hatalmas köszönet stratégiai partnerünknek, a Nem Adom Fel Alapítványnak, hogy a célban vártak, szurkoltak, és még a szállításban is segítettek a fiataljainknak!

Ma sportolóink egy igazán különleges és inspiráló eseményen vettek részt: az Országszépítő Futáson! – 2026.03.27.

Ez a csodálatos kezdeményezés nemcsak a mozgás öröméről szól, hanem közösségépítésről, kitartásról és arról, hogy együtt tegyünk környezetünkért.

Büszkék vagyunk rá, hogy egyesületünk tagjai is részesei lehettek ennek az élménynek.

Sportolóink remek teljesítményt nyújtottak, miközben jó hangulatban, egymást támogatva teljesítették a távot. Az ilyen események mindig megerősítenek bennünket abban, hogy a sport valóban összehoz és értéket teremt.

Köszönjük a szervezők munkáját, és gratulálunk minden résztvevőnek!

A Határtalan Erő Sportegyesület HETSE és a Nem Adom Fel Foundation mostantól egy csapatként halad tovább.

Ez nem csak együttműködés., hanem egy közös küldetés.

Minden nap azért dolgozunk, hogy a fogyatékkal élő fiatalok ne csak részt vegyenek az életben – hanem alakítsák is azt!

A munka lehetőséget ad, míg a sport erőt, önbizalmat és valódi kapaszkodót.

Ez még csak a kezdet.

Az erőnk valóban határtalan.

A Hungarian Para Boccia Federation / Magyar Para Boccia Szövetségnek köszönhetően egy Boccas Soft Brazil típusú labdaszettel bővült az eszközparkunk.

Mostantól sportolóink már valóban profi körülmények között gyakorolhatnak – és ezt bizony nagyon várták! A lelkesedés óriási, mindenki alig várja, hogy felavassuk az új szettet.

A Boccia szettet egyesületünk elnöke, Tunyogi Szilvia Csuri Ferenc elnöktől vehette át, majd azonnal vitte is a sportolóinkhoz – nem volt kérdés, hogy jó helyre kerül.

Nagy lépések a Fuss Neki Futófesztiválon 2026.03.07.

A Határtalan Erő Sportegyesület számára különleges nappal indult a szezon. Sportolóink a balatonlellei Fuss Neki Futófesztiválon álltak rajthoz, ahol nyolc futónk vállalta az 5 kilométeres táv teljesítését – és mindannyian sikeresen célba is értek. Büszkék vagyunk rájuk, hiszen minden egyes megtett kilométer mögött kitartás, felkészülés és hatalmas akarat áll.

A nap azonban egy másik megható pillanatot is tartogatott számunkra.

Zoli, aki egészségi állapota és testsúlya miatt kerekesszéket használ, ma hatalmas lépést tett – szó szerint. A kerítés mellett kapaszkodva 15 métert sétált. Lehet, hogy valakinek ez csak néhány lépésnek tűnik, de számára és számunkra ez egy óriási mérföldkő.

Ez a pillanat nemcsak a fizikai teljesítményről szólt, hanem a bátorságról, az elszántságról és arról az erőről, amely minden emberben ott van, még akkor is, amikor az út nehezebbnek tűnik.

A Határtalan Erő Sportegyesület közössége azért dolgozik nap mint nap, hogy ilyen pillanatok megszülethessenek. Hogy sportolóink megtapasztalhassák: a határok sokszor csak addig léteznek, amíg valaki meg nem próbálja átlépni őket.

Zoli ma megtette az első lépéseket.

Futóink pedig bizonyították, hogy együtt bármit elérhetünk.

És ez még csak a kezdet.

We are taking off at the country run—we will prove ourselves by running 500 kilometers

Our team has registered for the country run event, and we are willing to run a total of 500 kilometers between March 6th and March 22nd. This number may seem like a statistic at first. However, it means way more than that to us Our athletes are not professionals. They are not running for the record and are not aiming for the podium. They compete because they believe in hard work, progress, and each other’s strength. The 500 kilometers ahead of us require discipline, mental strength and solidarity. We already started to prepare- training, joint exercises, and concious preparation for both the body and soul. Every step takes us closer to proving once again that: boundaries can be pushed further.

This country run is not just a sport event for us. It is a community event, a trial of strength and a message all at once. A message that it is not labels, the past, or the circumstances that determine what we are capable of—it is our determination.

We will be taking off on March 6th. And we will make it through.

Our team is also running at the 10th Fuss Neki running festival, organized by Home Holding for their anniversary.

On March 7th, 2026 our athletes will showcase what true determination and endurance means at Balatonlelle.

We are already really proud of them.

Mental health sessions are really important to us, because in addition of taking care of our bodies, keeping our mind and spirit in balance in also essential. We believe that real improvement is achieved if we pay attention to our mental wellbeing as well. That is why we regularly provide space for mental health discussions, where thoughts and feelings can be shared in a safe and accepting environment. Those sessions can help with relieving stress and in deepening our self-knowledge. It is important for us that every participant feels reassured and listened to during the sessions. These discussions are contributing to our community’s strength as well. We find that mental balance has a positive effect on everyday performance and relationships too. That is why we consider mental wellbeing as a vital part of our job in the long term.

We celebrated our first year’s Christmas together, which had some truly serene and memorable moments. It felt great to take a break, look back and experience everything that happened in the past few months together. We can leave an exciting and fulfilling year behind us, full of challenges, learning and many of our successes. A lot of work, determination and cooperation was required to get to this point. It is not only about the achievements of this year, but also about how we bonded into a community. This Christmas celebration has reassured us how important it is to support each other. We are proud of our journey together. We are awaiting the new year with excitement and hope.

We have organized a beginner bowling championship last Friday, which ended up being a huge success. The competition had an amazing atmosphere, everyone was cheerful and focused on the track. Our athletes gave their all during the event, and got suprisingly high scores on multiple occassions. Their hard work and regular training sessions really paid off here. Our victories were achieved not only through technical knowledge, but also through teamwork and determination. It was also really nice to see that the participants were cheering each other on and celebrated their successes together. This champsionship has convinced us, that we should organize more community sports events in the future. We are certain that this is just the beginning and we can expect even more similiar successes in the future.

We took advantage of the nice weather and visited the Kőrösi Csoma Sándor Memorial park..

We spent a nice day together, full of laugther and fun experiences. The young people has enthusiastically explored every crook and nooky of the park and we were happy that we could give them such an eventful day. It was great to see how freely they moved around, talked and enjoyed our quality time together. Now we are excited for winter to come, so we can try more and more sports. We hope that more of you will join us for the next adventure. Join us for more events and exercise with us!

We have concluded a fantastic Boccia competition on Friday!

Around 30 people has joined us at this event, where we witnesses some really exciting things. Two competitors managed to get first place and stand on the podium, because the last round and showdown ended with a draw!

Our judges tried to determine the winner with precise meassurements, but in a strange twist of fate, the blue and red balls ended up at exactly the same distance from the target ball, just like in the showdown between first and second place earlier.

We are proud of everyone who has participated in this event— this day was characterised by sportsmenship, enthuiasm and supporting one another.

This community has really shown us what Határtalan Erő means!

This year, our sports club has joined the International Walking Month programme organised by the Hungarian Leisure Sports Association, and we organised a fantastic hike to the Apáthy Rock Lookout in Buda!

We took 30 ethuasiastic participants with us to discover one of the most beautiful lookouts in the 2nd district together. Nature was shining in its autumn colours, and the view was simply breathtaking!

It was another pleasure that not only the members of HETSE were present at the hike, but also the team at Nem Adom Fel Café and Restaurant and people from the Nem Adom Fel Foundation also joined us.

If you have the chance, visit the Apáthy Rock Lookout—it will garantee refreshment for both your body and soul.

Our athletes participated for the first time this year in the equal oppotunities race organised by Fodisz, where more than 1000 participants completed the 500 meter distance!

We are really proud, because 15 determined athletes has represented our sports club in the race.👏

We are happy to share with you all that Határtalan Erő Sports Club will also participate on the 20 th of September, at the running race organized by the Foundation for the Rehabilitation of Vascular Patients, in Kőbánya which counts as a record attempt!

It is a fantastic opportunity for us to show that: sports really are for everyone!

We warmly welcome everyone who loves sports, like to cheer us on, and wants to spend time with us there!

Our young athletes were a part of a special experience this summer: we spent a few days together with the Catering team of Nem Adom Fel Café at the Silver Vendégház in Bogács, where the vibes of being on vacation and at a training camp were both present at once.

We started every morning with some fun exercise and we participated in interesting programs during the day: we discovered the beauties of nature, there was a wonderful view before us at the ravine of Mész stream.

 We were introduced to the world of butterflies, our host Gyula Kondás gave us a fantastic presentation, where we learned the difference between different species of butterflies.

We also tested our skills at team races, billiards, table football, air hockey and darts.

We visited the Kiss Tanya Állatotthon,Vadfarm és Állatsimogató Cserépfalura , where we got to know domesticated animals better- it was an amazing experience for everyone!

A week full of laughter, learning and shared experiences- that is how we spent an unforgettable summer together!

Our team at Határtalan Erő Sports Club will gladly participate in this year’s Inclusive Running Race, organised by FODISZ, where the goal is not only to complete distances, but also the joy of community, cooperation and exercise.

 Our enthusiastic 23 member team will be at the starting line and everyone will run a distance that suits their fitness level and preferences- because for us, every meter completed counts as a shared success! The unique thing about this event is that everyone has an equal chance to participate, whether they are professional athletes, amateurs, or competitors living with disabilities.

Our team members are eagerly preparing, encouraging each other and we cannot wait to experience the uplifting feeling of reaching the finish line together. This race means more to us than just sports- this day is all about friendship, supporting each other and pushing through our boundaries.

We hope that our performance will inspire others to try it for themselves and experience the joy that comes with doing exercise together.

Let us meet at the starting- and finish lines too!

FODISZ-szal a Strandra – Inkluzív futóverseny Zamárdiban

We made a big step in building our community at our headquarters!

During the morning we visited an Daycare Centre for People with Disabilities, maintained by the local Medical, Social and Child Welfare Centre in Bátonyterenye. We talked about opportunities for future collaborations, got to meet its residents and we have already set a date for an autumn cookout together!

After that we went to Ady Endre Cultural Centre ,which is operated by the Bátonyterenyei Public Education Non-profit Ltd., where we built connections and started planning our Club’s next big event happening in the spring.

After those meetings as some deserved leisure, we visited Bátonyterenye’s best restaurant: Rátóti’s Hell’s Kitchen where we enjoyed a large amount of delicious food for lunch.

Naturally, we burnt the calories after the meal with a light walk and we also been to Szentkút, so our bodies and spirit can recharge by the time we go home.

It was a long and exhausting day, but it was really worth it- it was full of new connections, plans and experiences!

Határtalan Erő Sports Club has held their recreational sports event at Pool Harbour Billiards Club in the 18th district- for the second time this year 💪✨

The programme for the afternoon included bowling and billiards- and despite the balls going all over the place, the atmosphere was unbeatable!

The focus was on shared experiences and carefree entertainment instead of competition- and our 25 enthusiastic participants were our partners in this.

At the end of the event… yes, we celebrated with some delicious pancakes! We would like to thank our Café for helping us giving our all in sports and in snacking too!

Thank you for being there with us- we are already preparing for the next adventure!

It is a great pleasure for us that 35 young participants attended Határtalan Erő Sports Club’s first community event at Pool Harbour Billiards Saloon in the 18th district, where they could try playing bowling and billiards as well.

Happiness, laughter and solidarity remained throughout the day- making it an especially memorable event for all of us.

At the end of our event, everyone received a certification of appreciation and got a delicious chimney cake as a treat, which was a fitting end to this day we spent together!

Határtalan Erő- For everyone!

It was an exciting event with a great vibe- the first Darts Championship organised by Határtalan Erő Sports Club took place and we had 16 competitors!

Our competitors only had 2 weeks to prepare, but despite that they played with intense determination and skill. We congratulate everyone who participated in this unforgettable event.

Our winner for this Championship is: Barnabás Szabó- congratulations on his excellent performance!

We would also like to thank the Association for Universal Design in the Service of People with Disabilities, and Wildboars for providing the location for us and making the whole event happen in the first place.

It was just the beginning- we will organise more upcoming sports events in the future!

We were a part of an unique sports event today: our first Beginner Boccia Championship was a success and we had 30 enthusiastic participants playing here! The event started with a qualifying match, followed by regular matches and then in the finals, Viet has won first place- we would like to congratulate them and the other participants as well. Viet állhatott a dobogó legfelső fokára – ezúton is gratulálunk neki és minden indulónak!

A verseny végén minden résztvevő emléklappal és sok-sok szép élménnyel térhetett haza, az első három helyezett pedig külön díjazásban részesültek, érmekkel jutalmaztuk őket teljesítményükért és sportszerű játékukért.

This championship has brought together an inviting and diverse community. Among our participants were the members of our sports club, representatives from the Down Association and also the staff of the Nem Adom Fel Café. This day was a true example of how sports is for everyone – regardless of age, background, or ability!

Special thanks to Nem Adom Fel Café for prodiving us the location and for welcoming our participants and their assistants.

It was just the beginning- we will continue this in the future! Until then, we would like to thank everyone who has attended, cheered and helped at the event- we managed to make another dream come true!
